BBQ pulled pork (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1.5 kg pork shoulder.
02 - 1 sliced onion.
03 - 4 minced garlic cloves.
04 - 250ml BBQ sauce.
05 - 2 tbsp olive oil.
06 - 1 tbsp Dijon mustard.
07 - 200ml chicken broth.
08 - 100ml apple cider vinegar.
09 - 2 tbsp brown sugar.
10 - 1 tsp cayenne pepper.
11 - 1 tbsp smoked paprika.
12 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Season the pork and sear each side in a pot for 5 minutes.
02 - Cook the onion and garlic, then stir in the spices, vinegar, and broth.
03 - Add BBQ sauce, put the meat back in, and bake at 150°C for 4-5 hours.
04 - Use a fork to shred the meat, then mix it with the sauce.

# Notes:

01 - Cooking it slowly makes the meat super tender.
02 - The meat should easily shred with a fork.
