Heat up the cream cheese with a bit of cream (1 tablespoon) in the microwave until smooth and easily stirred.

Pour the softened mixture into your Ninja pint container. Whisk in the sugar until it dissolves, and then slowly add in the rest of the cream and milk.

Pop a lid on and stick it in the freezer for at least three hours.

Use the Ninja Creami by selecting its ice cream option. If the texture turns out dry, simply re-spin until smooth.

Throw in additional flavors or toppings if you like and use the mix-in option on the machine.
