Set the oven to 175°C and let it heat up.

Coat a loaf pan thoroughly with canola or vegetable oil.

Toss all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and mix until smooth.

Pour the mixture into the oiled loaf pan.

Pop it in the oven and bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick poked in the center comes out clean.

Let the loaf cool all the way down, then cut it into slices.
