Banana Nutella No Flour (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup and 1/4 (315 ml) of Nutella
02 - 3 large eggs
03 - 2 medium-sized bananas, sliced into rounds
04 - 1 and 1/4 teaspoons baking powder (chemical leavening)
05 - 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 175°C and let it heat up.
02 - Coat a loaf pan thoroughly with canola or vegetable oil.
03 - Toss all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and mix until smooth.
04 - Pour the mixture into the oiled loaf pan.
05 - Pop it in the oven and bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick poked in the center comes out clean.
06 - Let the loaf cool all the way down, then cut it into slices.
07 - Keep it in the fridge so it stays fresh longer.
