Banana bread chocolate (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry mix

01 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt
02 - 2 teaspoons baking powder
03 - 125 ml cocoa powder
04 - 250 ml flour

→ Wet mix

05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 65 ml melted butter
07 - 65 ml vegetable oil
08 - 1 large egg
09 - 1.5 cups mashed bananas (around 3 bananas)

→ Extra goodies

10 - 250 ml brown sugar
11 - 125 ml roughly chopped walnuts
12 - 250 ml semi-sweet chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 175°C and let it heat up.
02 - Coat a 23 x 13 cm loaf pan with oil evenly.
03 - Mix the cocoa, salt, flour, and baking powder together in a medium bowl. Put aside.
04 - Use a fork to mash the bananas in a big bowl. Toss in the butter, oil, vanilla, and egg. Stir it well.
05 - Add the brown sugar to the wet mixture and mix it in.
06 - Pour the dry mix into the wet one. Stir softly, just enough to bring it together without overworking.
07 - Fold in 3/4 cup of the chocolate chips and the walnuts. Don’t stir too much.
08 - Pour the batter into the loaf pan. Scatter the leftover chocolate chips on top.
09 - Pop it in the oven for 50-60 minutes. It’s ready when a toothpick in the middle comes out clean.
10 - Let it cool down before cutting. Refrigerate leftovers or freeze them.

# Notes:

01 - Don’t overmix the batter to keep it soft and tender.
02 - Super ripe bananas bring out the best flavor.
