Baked zucchini and feta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 block of feta or manouri cheese
02 - 4 small zucchinis
03 - Fresh thyme
04 - Olive oil
05 - Herb-spiced salt
06 - 1 organic lemon

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 180°C and set it to fan mode. Wash the zucchinis and slice them into half-moons.
02 - Lay out the zucchini slices in a casserole dish. Place the feta right in the middle. Sprinkle some salt, toss on the thyme, and finish with a drizzle of olive oil.
03 - Pop it in the oven and let it bake for 30 minutes.
04 - Let it cool a bit, zest the organic lemon all over the top, and pair with toasted bread for serving.
