Baked Ziti with Sausage (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb. mozzarella cheese, shredded.
02 - 8 oz. mozzarella cheese, small cubes.
03 - 1 cup grated Romano cheese, split in half.
04 - 3 cups marinara sauce.
05 - 1 lb. mild Italian sausage links.
06 - 16 ounces ziti pasta.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch dish. Cook the ziti until it's just barely soft.
02 - In a big pan, brown the sausage over medium heat until fully cooked. Scoop out with a spoon that drains the grease.
03 - In a large bowl, stir together the pasta, sausage, sauce, half the Romano, and the mozzarella cubes.
04 - Spoon the mixture into the baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and the rest of the Romano on top.
05 - Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes. Take off the foil, raise the heat to 375°F, and bake for another 15-20 minutes, until bubbly and golden.

# Notes:

01 - Store it in the fridge for up to a day before cooking.
02 - Freeze it and keep for as long as 3 months.
03 - Feeds between 6 and 8 people.
