→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4-6 medium Russet potatoes
02 - 1 packet (1 ounce) taco seasoning mix
03 - 1 pound of ground beef (lean)
04 - ½ cup of water
05 - ½ cup sour cream
06 - ¼ cup chopped green onions
07 - 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar)
08 - ½ cup diced tomatoes

# Instructions:

01 - Scrub the potatoes well, poke holes with a fork, and bake them in an oven at 400°F (200°C). Let them cook for 45-50 minutes or until they’re soft when you poke them.
02 - Heat up a skillet on medium heat. Toss in the ground beef and cook it until it turns brown. Get rid of any grease leftover.
03 - Add the taco seasoning packet and ½ cup of water into the skillet. Let it simmer on the stove for about 5 minutes, stirring to thicken.
04 - Cut the baked potatoes open and fluff up the middle with a fork. Pile the seasoned meat on top generously.
05 - Throw on some cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, and green onions over the stuffed potatoes. Eat while it’s still warm!
