Scrub the potatoes well, poke holes with a fork, and bake them in an oven at 400°F (200°C). Let them cook for 45-50 minutes or until they’re soft when you poke them.

Heat up a skillet on medium heat. Toss in the ground beef and cook it until it turns brown. Get rid of any grease leftover.

Add the taco seasoning packet and ½ cup of water into the skillet. Let it simmer on the stove for about 5 minutes, stirring to thicken.

Cut the baked potatoes open and fluff up the middle with a fork. Pile the seasoned meat on top generously.

Throw on some cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, and green onions over the stuffed potatoes. Eat while it’s still warm!
