Baked Parmesan Fish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 fillets of Mahi Mahi.
02 - 1/3 cup of oil (olive works best).
03 - 3 garlic cloves, smashed.
04 - 1 packet of Italian seasoning mix.
05 - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt.
06 - 1/4 cup creamy mayo.
07 - 1/3 cup of grated Parmesan.
08 - 2/3 cup of flavored breadcrumbs.
09 - Salt and pepper, as desired.
10 - Lemon wedges for serving.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix marinade and pour into a zip-top bag. Place fish inside. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
02 - Set oven temperature to 400°F and let it preheat.
03 - Stir Parmesan, mayo, and yogurt in a bowl. Toss in breadcrumbs. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
04 - Grease a 9x13 pan. Spread topping over fillets. Add a little extra breadcrumbs if you’d like.
05 - Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, until the surface looks golden.
06 - Add a sprinkle of herbs and squeeze fresh lemon on top before serving.
