Mediterranean baked fish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 fish fillets (like cod, sea bass, or snapper).
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
03 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
04 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced.
05 - 1/2 cup sliced black olives.
06 - 1 lemon, sliced.
07 - 1/4 cup drained capers.
08 - 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes.
09 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil.
10 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley.
11 - Fresh dill (optional).
12 - Red pepper flakes (optional).
13 - Salt and black pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) so it heats up.
02 - Sprinkle both sides of the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
03 - Grease a baking dish lightly and spread the garlic across the bottom. Add the fish, then layer on the tomatoes, olives, capers, onions, and lemon slices.
04 - Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 15-20 minutes. The fish is ready when it's fully white and flakes easily.
05 - Scatter the fresh herbs on top right before serving.
