Cheeseburger Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds of ground beef, lean.
02 - 1 teaspoon of flaky salt.
03 - 2 teaspoons of garlic powder.
04 - 1/2 onion, chopped small.
05 - 2 teaspoons of ground black pepper.
06 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
07 - 1/4 cup melted butter, no salt.
08 - 12 slider buns, Hawaiian-style.
09 - 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard.
10 - 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar.
11 - 3 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce.
12 - 1/2 tablespoon sesame seeds.
13 - 12 cheese sticks for snacking.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven to 350°F. Combine the ground beef with your spices.
02 - Spread out the meat in a 9x13 dish. Bake it for 20 minutes, then pour out extra juice.
03 - Heat up some olive oil and sauté the onion pieces until soft and clear. Drain any liquid left.
04 - Put bottom halves of rolls in a dish, add beef, layer on onions, cheese, then finish with tops of buns.
05 - Stir butter together with seasonings, spread it over the buns, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
06 - Bake for another 20 minutes, just until the bread is crispy and the cheese is gooey.

# Notes:

01 - The glaze is optional, skip it if you'd like.
02 - You can store this frozen for up to 3 months.
