Homemade crispy bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Vegetables and Herbs

01 - 1 small cauliflower head
02 - A handful of fresh parsley, finely chopped
03 - Half an onion, minced

→ Dry Ingredients

04 - 30 grams of bread crumbs
05 - 70 grams of shredded mozzarella
06 - 1 tablespoon of flour
07 - 30 grams of grated parmesan cheese

→ Seasonings

08 - A touch of salt and black pepper
09 - 1/2 teaspoon of paprika or chili powder
10 - 1/3 teaspoon of curry powder
11 - Olive oil

→ Binding

12 - 1 egg

# Instructions:

01 - Steam the cauliflower until it’s soft, then let it drain completely.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed cauliflower with the onion, egg, bread crumbs, flour, parmesan, mozzarella, parsley, paprika, curry powder, salt, and pepper.
03 - Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into bite-sized pieces.
04 - Lay the nuggets on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Lightly coat them with olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes. Flip them halfway through so they brown evenly.
