Buffalo Chicken Pasta Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 ounces penne pasta, uncooked.
02 - 3 cups chicken stock.
03 - 3/4 cup buffalo-style hot sauce.
04 - 3/4 cup blue cheese or Ranch dressing.
05 - 14.5 ounces diced tomatoes, drained.
06 - 2 cups rotisserie chicken, chopped.
07 - 1 stalk celery, minced.
08 - 1/2 cup each of mozzarella and cheddar, shredded.
09 - 1 teaspoon of parsley, dried.
10 - 1 teaspoon of dried chives.
11 - 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
12 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
13 - 1/2 teaspoon dill weed, dried.
14 - A dash of crushed red pepper (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 425°F and lightly oil a 13x9 dish.
02 - In the dish, mix the chicken broth, hot sauce, dressing, and the seasonings.
03 - Toss in the pasta, chicken pieces, tomatoes, and celery. Stir until it’s all spread out evenly.
04 - Wrap the dish with foil and bake for 40 mins so the pasta softens a bit.
05 - Remove foil. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake 5 more mins. Let it cool for 5 mins before serving.

01 - You can tweak the spice to your liking.
02 - Cooking time might change based on dish type.
03 - Raw chicken works too if you don’t have pre-cooked.
