Baked Beef Tacos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of 85-90% lean ground beef.
02 - 2 tbsp of taco spice mix.
03 - Half a cup of water.
04 - 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped.
05 - Juice from 1 lime.
06 - 4 oz of chopped green chiles.
07 - 8 oz of Colby Jack cheese.
08 - 8 to 10 tortillas made of corn.
09 - Mexican crema, use about half to three-quarters of a cup.
10 - 2 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce.
11 - 1 tsp of honey.
12 - A single garlic clove.
13 - Juice from half a lime.
14 - Oil for brushing on.

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 425°F and oil two pans. Brown the beef, then drain any grease out.
02 - Mix beef with spices, water, lime juice, garlic, and diced chiles. Simmer until it's dry and stir in a cup of cheese.
03 - Heat the tortilla, fill one side with beef mix and a bit of cheese. Fold it, then brush the top with oil.
04 - Put them in the oven for 15-20 min until they're crunchy.
05 - Blend the crema ingredients till smooth and creamy. Pair it with tacos as a dip or topping.

01 - Add just enough filling—don’t overstuff.
02 - Stays good in the fridge for up to 3 days.
