Set your oven to 350°F. Spray your dish or sheet pan with nonstick spray, or cover it with foil so cleaning up is a breeze.

Dry off the sausages, then roll each one in a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.

Pour brown sugar into a big zip-top bag. Toss in a few bacon-wrapped sausages at a time, shaking to fully coat. Move them to the baking pan.

Sprinkle some freshly ground black pepper over your wrapped sausages to your liking.

Pop them in the oven for 30-35 minutes until the bacon is golden. Want them crispier? Broil for a few extra minutes until they’re as crunchy as you want.
