# Ingredients:

01 - Chopped green onions (4)
02 - Sour cream (1/4 cup)
03 - Cooked and crumbled bacon (1/2 pound)
04 - Frozen bag of French fries (32 oz)

→ Cheese Sauce

05 - Pinch of salt and pepper
06 - Shredded cheddar cheese (1 1/2 cups or 6 oz)
07 - Milk (1 cup)
08 - Flour, all-purpose (2 tbsp)
09 - Butter (2 tbsp)

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the baking instructions on the frozen fries packaging.
02 - In a small pot, melt the butter and whisk in the flour. Let it cook for about a minute.
03 - Gradually pour milk into the roux, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens (takes about 5 mins). Take it off the heat and stir in the cheese until it melts. Add salt and pepper.
04 - Pour the warm cheese sauce over fries, add crumbled bacon, a drizzle of sour cream, and chopped green onions on top.
