Savory Bacon Cheddar Muffins (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 195 grams of all-purpose flour.
02 - 1 tablespoon of white sugar.
03 - 2 teaspoons of baking powder.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt.
07 - 178 milliliters of whole milk.
08 - 80 grams of heavy sour cream.
09 - 57 grams of melted unsalted butter.
10 - 1 large egg.
11 - 150 grams of shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
12 - 75 grams of crumbled crispy bacon.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 200°C to preheat. Either grease a mini muffin tray or line it with paper cups.
02 - Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and kosher salt in a mixing bowl.
03 - In a separate bowl, stir together the milk, sour cream, melted butter, and egg until smooth.
04 - Add the dry mixture to the wet one. Stir gently, then fold in the cheddar cheese and bacon bits.
05 - Spoon the batter into your muffin tray and bake for 12-15 minutes. They’re done when the tops turn golden.

# Notes:

01 - Letting the batter sit for about 30 minutes makes the muffins softer.
02 - This recipe makes around 24 mini muffins.
