Baby potatoes with garlic (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 450 g of baby potatoes, cleaned and halved.
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
03 - 1 tablespoon butter.
04 - 4 garlic cloves, minced.
05 - 120 ml heavy cream.
06 - 30 g grated parmesan cheese.
07 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley.
08 - Salt and pepper, to your liking.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Mix the potatoes with olive oil, a sprinkle of salt, and a dash of pepper. Spread them evenly over the sheet.
03 - Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until soft and golden brown.
04 - On medium heat, melt the butter, toss in the garlic, and cook for 1–2 minutes.
05 - Pour in the cream, bring it to a boil, and let it simmer for about 3–4 minutes until it thickens.
06 - Take it off the heat and stir in the parmesan so it melts completely.
07 - Drizzle the sauce over the potatoes and sprinkle with parsley before serving.

01 - Pour the sauce at the last moment to keep your potatoes crispy.
