Asian Dumpling Soup (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - About 12 to 15 frozen Asian-style dumplings.
02 - 1 liter chicken or vegetable broth.
03 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
04 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil.
05 - 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger.
06 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
07 - 2-3 chopped green onions.
08 - Half a cup of sliced mushrooms.
09 - Half a cup of spinach or bok choy.
10 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar.
11 - Salt and pepper as you like.
12 - 1 teaspoon chili oil.

# Let's Cook:

01 - Start by heating sesame oil on medium heat. Toss in garlic and ginger, cooking them for about a minute. Pour in the broth, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Let it simmer for 5-10 minutes.
02 - Add the dumplings to the gently boiling broth. Let them cook for 5-7 minutes, or until they float up to the surface.
03 - Throw in the mushrooms and spinach during the last couple minutes of cooking.
04 - Season the dish to taste. Top it all with green onions and a drizzle of sesame oil.
