Asian chicken mushrooms peppers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 400g chicken breast fillets.
02 - 1 green bell pepper.
03 - 1 red bell pepper.
04 - 200g button mushrooms.
05 - 2 cloves of garlic.
06 - 2cm piece of fresh ginger.
07 - 3 tablespoons soy sauce.
08 - 1 tablespoon oyster sauce.
09 - 1 tablespoon honey or sugar.
10 - 1 tablespoon corn starch.
11 - 2 tablespoons cooking oil.
12 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil.
13 - Sesame seeds.
14 - Green onions.

# Instructions:

01 - Slice the chicken into strips. Chop the peppers and slice the mushrooms. Combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and dissolved cornstarch in a small bowl.
02 - Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until golden and fully done, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.
03 - Using the same pan, stir-fry the garlic and ginger for 1 minute. Toss in the peppers and mushrooms, cooking them for around 5-7 minutes.
04 - Add the chicken back to the pan, pour in the sauce, and stir everything together. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
05 - Serve it warm, topping with sesame seeds and green onion slices. Enjoy with noodles or rice on the side.

# Notes:

01 - Oyster sauce gives a great depth of flavor but can be skipped if needed.
02 - Adding sesame oil right at the end brings a nice aroma to the dish.
