03 - 1 teaspoon sea salt.
04 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup.
05 - 2 medium sweet potatoes (around 4 cups cubed).
06 - 3 tablespoons melted salted butter.

# Instructions:

01 - Set temperature to 425°F. Lightly coat a large baking tray with grease.
02 - Toss the sweet potato chunks in 2 tbsp of melted butter. Sprinkle salt over, mix, and spread on tray. Bake 20 minutes, giving them a stir halfway. They should start to brown a little.
03 - Toss apple pieces in a bowl with 1 tbsp butter, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Stir until everything's evenly coated.
04 - After 20 minutes, add the apple mixture to the potatoes. Stir everything together, then bake for another 15-20 minutes, stirring partway. It's done when golden and slightly caramelized. Serve right away while warm.
