Apple Crunch Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup of plain yogurt (125g).
02 - 100g of sugar.
03 - A capful of rum.
04 - 2 teaspoons of baking powder.
05 - 70g of flour.
06 - 70g of butter.
07 - 2 eggs.
08 - 5 apples.
09 - 1 packet of vanilla sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 180°C and let it warm up.
02 - Whisk the eggs together with the regular sugar and vanilla sugar until you see a pale, thick mixture.
03 - Gently stir in the yogurt and sifted flour mixed with the baking powder.
04 - Slowly fold in melted butter, rum, and a small pinch of salt.
05 - Slice the apples thinly and mix them into the batter.
06 - Pour the mixture into a greased and floured cake tin.
07 - Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and crispy on top.
08 - Let the cake cool off before you take it out of the pan.

# Notes:

01 - This cake has a soft texture inside and a crispy golden crust.
02 - Keep it in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
