Turn your oven on and set it to 180°C (350°F). Let it heat up while you prepare the rest.

Cut the apples into small pieces. Toss them in a skillet with the cinnamon, salt, and coconut oil over medium-high heat. Cover for 2-3 minutes.

Put all the topping ingredients into a food processor. Splash in a tablespoon of water, then pulse until the mixture holds together but stays crumbly.

Grab a small baking pan and either grease it or line it with parchment paper. Spread the cooked apples on the bottom. Break the crumble topping into small chunks and scatter them evenly over the apples.

Stick the pan in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. Take it out when the topping has turned golden brown.
