Apple Cinnamon Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 1 tbsp baking powder
02 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
03 - 2 large eggs
04 - 1 cup granulated sugar
05 - 3 cups all-purpose flour
06 - 1 ½ cups whole milk or 2% milk

→ Topping Ingredients

07 - 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
08 - 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
09 - 1 cup brown sugar
10 - 3 tsp ground cinnamon

→ Glaze Ingredients

11 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
12 - 1 cup powdered sugar
13 - 2 to 3 tbsp milk

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and give your pan a good coat of non-stick spray, one with flour is ideal.
02 - Stir together the flour, sugar, eggs, milk, baking powder, and vanilla in a big bowl until it’s nice and smooth.
03 - Take the batter and pour it into your greased pan, smoothing it out evenly.
04 - In a different bowl, blend the cinnamon, brown sugar, melted butter, and flour until it’s well mixed.
05 - Spoon the topping across the batter, then swirl a knife through everything to get that marbled look.
06 - Pop the pan into the oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Check by inserting a toothpick; if it comes out clean, it’s ready. If not, let it go for a bit longer.
07 - In a smaller bowl, mix the powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk together until smooth for your glaze.
08 - Pour the glaze all over your warm cake. Let it settle before moving on.
09 - Cut the cake into slices and dig in!
