Stir together the flour, sugar, eggs, milk, baking powder, and vanilla in a big bowl until it’s nice and smooth.

Take the batter and pour it into your greased pan, smoothing it out evenly.

In a different bowl, blend the cinnamon, brown sugar, melted butter, and flour until it’s well mixed.

Spoon the topping across the batter, then swirl a knife through everything to get that marbled look.

Pop the pan into the oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Check by inserting a toothpick; if it comes out clean, it’s ready. If not, let it go for a bit longer.

In a smaller bowl, mix the powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk together until smooth for your glaze.
