# Ingredients:

→ Sugars & Sweeteners

01 - 1 cup packed brown sugar
02 - 7 ounces marshmallow creme
03 - 2 cups white granulated sugar

→ Dairy

04 - 2/3 cup evaporated milk
05 - 3/4 cup butter, unsalted

→ Liquids

06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla
07 - 1 cup of apple cider

→ Spices

08 - 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, ground
09 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

→ Chocolates & Additions

10 - 1/2 cup dried apple slices, chopped
11 - 2 cups of white chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Grab an 8x8 baking pan and either grease it lightly or cover it with parchment paper. Keep it aside.
02 - Mix the sugars, apple cider, butter, and evaporated milk in a medium pot. Simmer gently over medium heat, stirring nonstop, until it reaches 234°F (112°C) or a soft ball consistency. Use a candy thermometer for accuracy.
03 - Take the saucepan off the heat and stir in the cinnamon, nutmeg, marshmallow creme, and white chocolate chips. Mix until everything looks smooth.
04 - Stir the vanilla and chopped dried apples into the fudge until they're evenly spread.
05 - Pour the melted mixture into the prepped pan. Level the top with a spatula for a smooth finish.
06 - Leave the fudge to cool down naturally. Once cool, pop it in the fridge for at least 2 hours until it sets properly. Then, slice it into bite-sized squares for serving.

# Notes:

01 - This dessert has a tasty combo of apple cider sweetness with cozy autumn spices.
02 - A candy thermometer is super helpful to achieve the right fudge texture.
