Set your oven to 350°F (176°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan. Put it aside for later.

Take a big bowl and whisk together the salt, baking soda, and flour. Set that aside.

Use a medium bowl to mash the bananas. Stir in the sugars, yogurt, vanilla, and eggs until it’s smooth.

Toss in apple slices and nuts to the wet mix.

Pour the wet mix into the dry one. Stir it all up until the batter looks nicely blended.

Pour the mix into your loaf pan. Bake for about 60 minutes or until a skewer in the middle comes out clean.
