Soft apple banana loaf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry mix

01 - 440 ml all-purpose flour
02 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
03 - 3/4 teaspoon baking soda

→ Wet mix

04 - 2 large ripe bananas, mashed up
05 - 65 ml dark brown sugar
06 - 125 ml sugar
07 - 2 large eggs
08 - 65 ml Greek yogurt
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Toppings

10 - 1 Cortland apple, peeled, sliced, and cored
11 - 250 ml walnuts

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (176°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan. Put it aside for later.
02 - Take a big bowl and whisk together the salt, baking soda, and flour. Set that aside.
03 - Use a medium bowl to mash the bananas. Stir in the sugars, yogurt, vanilla, and eggs until it’s smooth.
04 - Toss in apple slices and nuts to the wet mix.
05 - Pour the wet mix into the dry one. Stir it all up until the batter looks nicely blended.
06 - Pour the mix into your loaf pan. Bake for about 60 minutes or until a skewer in the middle comes out clean.

01 - Want a nuttier flavor? Toast the walnuts before adding them.
