Alsace cracked cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 teaspoons of ground cinnamon.
02 - 400 g of almond flour.
03 - 120 g of all-purpose flour.
04 - 250 g of dark chocolate.
05 - 4 eggs.
06 - 400 g of cane sugar.
07 - Powdered sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 140°C to preheat.
02 - Mix the eggs and sugar together until it turns fluffy.
03 - Add in the almond flour, the regular flour, grated dark chocolate, and the cinnamon. Stir everything together until dough forms.
04 - Roll walnut-sized balls from the dough, then coat them in powdered sugar.
05 - Let it sit untouched for 2 hours.
06 - Put the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake for 15 minutes.
07 - Cool the cookies a bit before taking a bite.
