Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly oil a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Stir together the ricotta, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, the egg, and half the mozzarella.

Spread the cheese mixture on each noodle, top with chicken and a bit of Alfredo sauce, roll them up, and set them in the dish seam-side down.

Pour the rest of the Alfredo sauce on top of the rolls and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese.

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake another 5-10 minutes till golden.

Scatter chopped parsley on top and serve warm.
