Gratin Chicken Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Cooked and cooled lasagna noodles (12 pieces).
02 - 2 cups of shredded cooked chicken.
03 - 1 jar of Alfredo sauce (15 oz).
04 - 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
05 - 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
06 - 1 cup of ricotta cheese.
07 - 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning.
08 - Fresh parsley, chopped.
09 - 1 beaten egg.
10 - 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly oil a 9x13-inch baking dish.
02 - Stir together the ricotta, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, the egg, and half the mozzarella.
03 - Spread the cheese mixture on each noodle, top with chicken and a bit of Alfredo sauce, roll them up, and set them in the dish seam-side down.
04 - Pour the rest of the Alfredo sauce on top of the rolls and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
05 - Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake another 5-10 minutes till golden.
06 - Scatter chopped parsley on top and serve warm.

01 - This dish brings lasagna noodles together with the rich creaminess of Alfredo sauce.
02 - A great way to use up leftover roasted chicken.
