Parmesan Grilled Veggies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 400 g of tomatoes (cherry or plum varieties).
02 - A red onion, thinly sliced into half-moon shapes.
03 - Three cloves of garlic, crushed.
04 - One large zucchini (about 400 g), sliced into circles.
05 - A teaspoon of dried basil.
06 - Half a teaspoon of salt.
07 - Five twists of freshly ground pepper.
08 - 30 g of grated parmesan cheese.
09 - A teaspoon of dried thyme.
10 - A teaspoon of olive oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the zucchini, onion, tomatoes, garlic, thyme, basil, pepper, salt, and olive oil together in the Air Fryer’s basket. Make sure they’re coated evenly.
02 - Set the Air Fryer to 200°C and let the mix cook for 20 minutes, giving it a good stir a few times during the process for even cooking.
03 - A couple of minutes before it’s done, sprinkle on the parmesan cheese. Let it finish cooking until the cheese melts and gives a golden crust.
04 - Dish up as-is or toss with some pasta. Drizzle the flavorful juices from the bottom of the fryer basket over the top for extra taste.
