Chop off both ends of the zucchinis. Slice them lengthwise to create long halves, then cut each half down the middle again. Finally, chop those strips into 2.5 cm chunks.

Toss the zucchini pieces into a mixing bowl. Pour in the olive oil, sprinkle on the sea salt, garlic powder, and dried thyme. Stir it all up so everything is coated evenly.

Spread out the seasoned zucchini inside your air fryer basket. Heat it at 200°C for 12 minutes. Shake the basket a couple of times during the last 5 minutes to cook evenly.

Serve the warm zucchini chunks as a side dish or enjoy them on their own for a quick snack.
