Quick Air Fryer Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 chicken breasts (weighing 200g–250g each).
02 - 1 teaspoon of chili powder.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon of paprika.
06 - A quarter teaspoon of cinnamon.
07 - Pepper to taste.
08 - Non-stick cooking spray.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat up your Air Fryer to 400°F (205°C).
02 - Use a meat tenderizer to pound the chicken breasts until they're about 0.6 cm thick.
03 - Combine your spices and coat both sides of the chicken generously.
04 - Spray the Air Fryer basket lightly with non-stick spray and set the chicken in.
05 - Cook it at 400°F for 8 minutes, flipping it over halfway.
06 - Allow the chicken to sit for a few minutes till the inside reaches 165°F (74°C).

01 - Hitting 165°F ensures your chicken is cooked safely.
02 - Flattening the meat helps it cook evenly.
